Refund policy

Disclaimers

  •  All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not
    responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time
    thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake
    upon pick up.
  • If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date,
    you will have to pay for both. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the
    customer.
  • We will hold failed pick up orders for up to three days after its original date however any
    natural damages done to the cake while in our care will not be fixed as decor is sensitive
    to prolonged time in refrigeration.Orders will be discarded after 3 days if not picked up &
    no refund will be given.

Refund:

  • If you come to our store for pick up or if upon delivery the cake does not meet your
    expectations, we will give you a refund (minus 50% handling/cancellation fee). NOTE: If
    we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the dessert. You can only get the refund if you
    refuse to “accept” the dessert& it is brought back to our shop if delivery is attempted or
    left at pick up. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the product.
  • This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may
    incur for replacing our dessert.
    We do not give refunds under any other circumstances.
    Cancellation / Changes
    • If the order is placed the same day of cancelation we will keep a 10% of the total of the
    order. We still get charged fees even if the order is canceled. Sadly , if your order has
    already made it to our production or pick-up list we won’t be able to offer you a
    cancelation.
  • You can cancel your order up to 3 days before the date of the order and receive a partial
    refund (We keep 10% of the order, as we get charged fees even when canceled). You will
    be required to pay the full amount if the order is cancelled with less notice.
  • Changes to retail orders are accepted up until 3 days prior to the date of pick up. We are
    unable to make changes on orders after that time frame.
